Every effort is made to retain
your booking in the particular 2 or 3 bedroom apartment but occasionally
changes cannot be avoided. If this booking is cancelled 20% of the
booking will be retained **Your booking is confirmed on the agreement
that the behaviour of any guest does not un-reasonably affect other
guests and that you refrain from excessive noise and come in from the
balcony no later than 11pm. **
As a resort we are not
able to accommodate pets
with the rental booking:
dogs, cats, birds, mice, snakes included.

Details about the Resort and
Your Booking
# On arrival 2pm Check in
- 10.00am check out (variations to these times may be made by talking to
management).
# Park near the sign in the driveway and come to reception.
If the reception is unattended ring 0414 462 559.
Please make your payment on arrival.
# In each room is a booklet with virtually everything you need to know.
# Your booking is confirmed on the agreement that the behaviour of any
guest does not un - reasonably affect any other guest and that you
refrain from excessive noise and come in from the balcony after 11pm.
# As privately owned apartments there are no phones in the rooms.
# Wireless Internet available in the Apartments. ...Wi Fi Zone. You can
pay using your Credit Card or purchase a voucher from the Office.
# On arrival coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper & soap are all provided.
If you require more during your stay the Welcome Mart and Pharmacy are
just down the street or Coles at Kincumber is open until 10pm, 7 days a
week.
# Naturally we provide all linen and bath towels but you do need to
bring beach towels etc; The units however do have a full laundry. Please
note the beds are made on arrival for your comfort.
# Please place all rubbish in plastic bags and tie securely. The large
household bin & the recycling bins are in the front
driveway... Large Red Topped Bins... We do appreciate you taking your
rubbish to the bins!
# The unit key opens all the gates & the roller door. If driving out of
the resort the gate opens automatically. Please only park in the 2 spots
marked with your unit number. You may also utilise any of the V spots
for Visitors.
# On final departure please leave the keys in the little basket on the
kitchen bar
To replace locks because of lost keys will incur a $200
charge.
# Please ensure there is no smoking in the apartment. A fee of $150 will
be charged if there has been smoking to ensure our apartments stay clean
and smoke free. This will be assessed 24 hours after departure and the
changeover has occurred.
# By accepting this booking it is mutually agreed that the apartment
will be left in the same condition as on entry.
Any damage, breakages, Carpet Cleaning or problems that need to be fixed
by management are the responsibility of the renter and are to be paid in
full by the renter making the confirmation.
# Extra guests staying overnight not stated in the
original booking will be automatically charged $40 per head per night.
# If part of the stay is taken we do not refund for the dates that have
not been taken.

Directions

From F3 Expressway .
Use the F3 Freeway & leave via the Gosford/Woy Woy Exit.
Continue down the hill into Gosford.
Turn right at the round-about adjacent to the Blue Tongue
Stadium.
Follow through East Gosford then turn right at the lights into Avoca
Drive.
Follow Avoca Drive for approx 10klms.
When arriving in Avoca turn right at the first roundabout into Cape
Three Points Road .
Look for Ray White Real Estate, turn Left into The Avoca Palms Resort
driveway.
