Park near the sign in the driveway and come to reception.
If the reception is unattended buzz Unit 16 or ring 0414 462 559.
Please make your payment on arrival.
In each room is a booklet with virtually everything you need to know.
Your booking is confirmed on the agreement that the
behavior of any guest does not un - reasonably affect any other guest
and that you refrain from excessive noise and come in from the balcony
after 11pm.
As privately owned apartments there are
no
phones in the rooms.
Wireless Internet available free in Office.
Internet facilities in video shop opposite resort.
On arrival coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper & soap are all provided.
If
you require more
during your stay the Welcome Mart and Pharmacy are just down the street
or Coles at Kincumber is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Naturally
we provide all linen
and bath towels but you
do need to bring beach towels etc;
The units however do have a full laundry. The beds are made up on
arrival.
Please place all rubbish in plastic bags and tie securely. The
large
household bin & the recycling bins are in the front driveway. We
do appreciate you taking your rubbish to the bins!
The
unit key opens all the
gates & the roller door.
If driving out of the resort the gate opens automatically.
Please
only park in the 2 spots marked with your unit number.
You may also utilise any of the
V
spots for Visitors.
On final departure please
leave
the keys in the little basket on the kitchen bar
$200 is kept
for lost keys to replace the lock.
We ask that requests from
management be respectfully followed...
especially regarding consumption of alcohol, respect for guests and
treatment of our beautiful apartments.
